While leading global enterprise transformation, Loretta and her husband, Teboho Monareng, co-founded Light Your RAY
Born from a deeply personal journey, it grew out of Loretta’s exploration of identity, worth, authenticity and belonging. She soon realized that the questions she was asking were the same ones many others were quietly carrying.
Working one person at a time, the RAY SHIELD™ framework was developed, refined and proven before evolving into the operating system organizations use today to build aligned, resilient and high-performing leaders and teams.
Today, Loretta partners with organizations to create cultures where aligned leadership becomes organizational capability.

Together, they design transformative human experiences that create lasting shifts in people, relationships and organizations.
Teboho Monareng, Director of South Africa Administrative Operations, leads the company’s South African entity and directs its Benefit Corporation certification work, embedding responsible business practices into how the company operates.
